Job Description:
- 11-17 years of consulting or industry experience in Oil & Gas industry in the Downstream area
Experience in any of the below areas:
- Refinery operations, refinery planning & Scheduling, hydrocarbon supply chain, including primary distribution and / or secondary distribution
- Advanced knowledge of industry leading software in the downstream value chain in the above areas, such as AspenTech, Honeywell, etc.
- Software selection experience for the above in the areas of:
- Development of functional / non-functional requirements
- Generation of a software evaluation matrix for the various software solutions options
- Conducting workshops with various vendors and arrive at final score
- Implementation experience of the above tools in the areas of:
- Requirements gathering
- Development of solution design
- Configuration of the tools
- Identification of solution gaps and design of workarounds / customizations
- Support technical team in the development of proof of concepts for critical functionalities and get client approval through structured workshops / presentations
- Support other teams by:
- Providing functional expertise / inputs to the Change Management team in the areas of Change Impact Assessment, training, etc.
- Providing functional expertise / inputs to the QA team in review of test strategy and plan, test scenarios and test cases
- Strong experience in facilitating client workshops
- Strong business process management skills
- Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction
- Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
