I. Introduction As Manager - Founders' Office, you will help the Founders manage, grow and scale the business. You will have a key role in formulating business strategy and will be required to track progress to project plans and goals. You will work extensively with teams to align them to the organisation's goals/objectives. This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual who can multitask and has a flair for solving varied problems. II. Responsibilities - Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution - Research global industry trends and map the competitive landscape in close conjunction with Product & Marketing teams - Assist Founders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation, by owning their agenda, ensuring maximum impact in both internal and external engagements - Review, design, and execute improvements to organization structure by finding knowledge and skills gaps - Improve current processes and procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity - Help prepare data-driven presentations for the Founders and Executive Team in both internal and external engagements - Drive fundraise preparations and manage Investor Relations - Drive the Executive Team towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making - Be a thought partner to leadership on the organisation's vision, priorities, and challenges - Drive cross-functional Objectives and Key Results ("OKRs") with exceptional project management and ownership - Drive strategic initiatives and/ or discrete projects on behalf of Founders and the Executive Team III. Profile Requisites- - MBA or Master's Degree preferably in Finance - 3+ years of experience in a high growth start-up supporting Founders or in Management Consulting - Should have a generalist mindset with experience and ability to participate in different areas - Should be a go-getter who is able to sift through the chaos and take decisions - Must have an entrepreneurial approach with sharp business acumen & a self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end - Must have a proven ability to solve ambiguous problems by applying frameworks to get to the first principles, aligning resources on the goal, executing, learning, and adapting - Should be a tech-savvy person, keeping up to date with news about the industry, events and thought leadership in the space - Should have extensive program management skills and ability to lead and facilitate strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment - Must have strong project management and reporting skills - Must have great communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate across cultural and experience levels, internal & external
