Responsibilities -
- You will be responsible for helping new customers test & integrate API products in their workflow.
- You will provide training to clients regarding the technicalities of the product.
- You will help customers put Docsumo APIs into production.
- You will provide solutions over email & call to customer queries and resolve issues with the help of the engineering team.
- Responsible for bridging between the sales and engineering team to meet customer's requirements.
- Taking ownership and accountability for ensuring customer retention and growth, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals within the assigned customer portfolio
- Following and adhering to best practices for all internal processes including, but not limited to, Account Management, Enablement, Onboarding, Adoption.
Requirements/ Skills:
1) Minimum B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical
2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3) Experience of selling complex technology products.
4) 5+ years of directly managing a high performing team, build the customer success team from the ground up.
5) Solid communication skills - competent at providing clear and concise guidance through emails, over the phone, or in person with a casual and confident tone.
6) Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
7) Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
8) Proven strategic consulting, project management, client relationship management, team management & planning experience.
