Key Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates for tech and non tech positions

- Build relationships with hiring managers in the ecosystem

- Source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing and occasionally working with external executive search firms

- Screen candidates, enable interviewing process and drive offer process for efficient closure

- Track and report hiring performance data i.e. weekly, monthly dashboards.

- Other duties as assigned to support the Human Resources / Operations team

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a relevant industry (start-up, e-commerce, technology) with main focus on tech hiring

- A high level of comfort in cold calling and head hunting

- The ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously both tech and non tech

- Strong consultative and interpersonal skills

- Very strong professional network, specifically in Technology space is a huge plus!
