DocsApp - Product Manager - IIT/NIT/BITS

Roles and Responsibilities

- Part of the core team that defines business goals, create product strategy, design roadmap for our insurance business.

- Requirements gathering and documenting requirements based on client inputs

- Experience with sprint management: Timely creation of PRDs, assisting technology team in understanding product requirements, timely feature releases and proper documentation

- Assist design and engineering teams to develop innovative and breakthrough solutions with a strong focus on cost, quality and performance

- Wireframing and creating prototype will be a plus and will ease working with in-house designers to ship high quality products

- Closely work with the internal operations team to drive process automation.

- Track, report, and optimize all relevant metrics

Key Qualifications

- Tier 1 Engineering Grad - IIT, BITS, NIT + MBA preferred

- Experience : 3-6 yrs

- Command on data is a must have. Proficiency in SQL and excel is required

- Experience building products in the banking or insurance space

- Experience building B2B products in health-tech space

- Past experience with software development. We would love to see something that you have built in the past

- Entrepreneurial stint
