DocsApp provides consultation services for patients of all age groups in several key disciplines such as dermatology, gynecology, sexology, pediatrics, general medicine, psychiatry, weight management etc. Every user can avail transparent, tech-enabled, round-the-clock and multi-language services. Funding :
April 2016 : $1.2 million was raised as seed funding from Facebook's angel investors Anand Rajaraman and Venky Harinarayan, along with Japanese Venture Capital firm Rebright Partners.
Dec 2017 : We then raised $7.2 million during Series A round of funding from Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP), Japanese investors Techmatrix Corporation and DeNa networks.
Existing angel investors Anand Rajaraman, Venky Harinarayanan, and Japanese VC Rebright partners also participated in this round.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead an operations team of 70+ that coordinates and deliver the various services on committed TATs and services of highest quality
- Build systems, processes and monitoring to work with 100s of Doctors who work remotely to provide various healthcare services and expert opinion
- Must be able to develop clear thinking and business rationale for new features for the client while driving operational excellence in execution
- Work with B2B clients - banking or insurance. This role involves some travel to Mumbai and Delhi
- Focus on delivering the best-in-class client experience and exceptional sales and margin growth as we rapidly expand and grow
- Closely work with the provider networking team for efficient operations
- Analyse and project trends. Maintain a healthy pipeline of client partnerships to consistently drive business
- Should have experience in collaborating with a wide variety of teams including product, technology, business development and operations. Some understanding of planning product cycles is preferred
- Consistently drive higher client satisfaction and figure out areas for upsell
- Be flexible, action and results oriented, self-starting and have strong analytical skills
- Demonstrate the ability to succeed at managing and driving a full P&L, team building and management, planning and forecasting, defining and implementing strategies, and exhibit impact
Key Qualifications :
- Tier 1 Engineering Grad - IIT, BITS, NIT + MBA preferred
Experience : 5 - 8 yrs
- Excellent communication skill is a must
- Past experience working in the health insurance / general insurance sector is a solid plus
- Entrepreneurial stint is a solid plus
