DocsApp - Category Manager

- Collaboration with internal teams- product, business finance, marketing, etc to grow/manage the business line on daily basis

- Responsible for topline and bottom-line growth

- Understand and analyze the market positioning for the product and service being provided, market trends and SWOT and create strategies for fortifying business based on it

- Provide inputs on pricing strategy based on market potential, consumer insights, margins, competitive signals

- B2C - Automation, Scalability, Doctor App

- B2C - Doctors acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement, Transactions & Retention

- B2C - SLA, Escalations, Customer Satisfaction & Consultation Quality

- Contact center & Customer support calls team will work with this person

- Internal Doctor team works with this team.

- B2C - Labs & Meds

- B2B - teleMER operations, teleMER Demos

- B2B - PV and New Processes - [corporate operations or new business initiatives]

Team Management:

- Team management - Hiring, Monthly one-ones, Leaves management for the team

- Product - Work with Tech & Weekly Engg. meetings & prioritizing high impact items

- High efficiency operations & Weekly & Monthly reviews of processes

- Connect with vendors and partners & grow relationships and business

- Monitor & Report P&L, Costs and Revenue management for that unit
