Docon Technologies - Senior Product Manager - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/FMS/MDI

What You Will Do:

- Fully own the vision and roadmap of the product areas you are assigned.

- Develop a deep understanding of our users (Doctors), their needs and create useful product experiences that address those needs.

- Manage the cross-functional execution of the product roadmap, working closely with design, engineering, operations, and business teams.

- Synthesize insights from user research, customer meetings, usage data, and sales feedback to prioritize improvements and new feature ideas.

- Lead organizational initiatives to establish best-in-class product management practices within DocOn

- Understand and work closely with different specialty Doctors(users) to build robust Products.

What We Look For:

- Prior product shipping experience of a minimum of 6+ years.

- Minimum 4 years of Product Management Experience and Minimum 2 years of Software development experience.

- Experience in shipping high-quality consumer or enterprise internet products at scale (Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle).

- A strong technical understanding, from overall architecture to intricate details, is a major plus

- Experience in a high growth tech company or start-up.

- Data-driven - solid understanding of data/analytics tools, and ability to deep dive into data to make decisions

- User-centered approachability to think user first, and unwillingness to make compromises on the user experience

- Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate seamlessly and clearly with our engineering, design and executive management

- Leadership - demonstrated the ability to lead in a highly dynamic environment and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment

- Being open to feedback, and willingness to implement changes based on feedback and requirements

- Ability to work towards seeking different creative approaches to a single problem.

- Bonus - if you have run your own startup before

Education Qualification:

- BE/B.Tech degree from Tier 1 universities.

- MBA degree from Tier 1 Universities is preferred
