Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Maintenance & compliance of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance for company & Contractors.

2. Liasioning with BMC, DISH, Fire Brigade, MPCB, SEEPZ, MTNL, MIDC, Customs, Labour Commissioner, PF, ESIC, BMC, Police, Seepz Office, Security etc.

3. Interviews/ Recruitments/ induction & Training Programmes.

4. Ensure Security of Men & Materials, access control, safety of the premises, over all setup, Vigilance etc.

5. Comply to I.R issues/ workers grievances etc.

6. Administration work/ Projects/ Stores/ Repairs.

7. Compliance to all Inspections/ Certifications & Audits (RJC & Walmart).

8. Legal Compliances.

9. Scrutinize the monthly bills and approve the bills for payment related to administration.

10. MIS Report.

11. Admin Budget

Desired Candidate Profile :

- The candidate should have handled the above profile in a medium to large scale manufacturing organisation.

- Should have excellent communication skills, should have the ability to lead a team
