You will be part of the Infrastructure and Cloud Presales team, where your primary responsibilities include and are not limited to - understanding, clarifying, analyzing, solutioning, and presenting customer requirements for Cloud and Infrastructure solution and their related services. You will have hands-on experience in preparing proposal responses in Word and PowerPoint, efforts estimations, and accurate sizing for infrastructure projects and services. You will provide and support in presales activities like -Solution description, HLD and LLD and documentation, Effort estimations, identifying opportunities, Tech Risks, and Recommendations, implementation scenarios, SOW, Responding to RFIs / RFQs /RFPs / proactive proposals, and support in developing business cases. Skills Summary: - Experience in developing compelling propositions for Infrastructure requirements and Cloud Services for customers, including writing proposals, designing presentations, and contracting those proposals. - Experience in providing a technical solution by leveraging industry best practices and design patterns - Hands-on experience in discovering, understanding, designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting in all the infrastructure domains, Data Center, Cloud, and DevSecOps. - Ability to conceptualize the current state, interim state and future desired state both On-premises and in Cloud environments which include technology transition and transformation - Expertise in various trending technologies and services like - Managed Services, Operations and Maintenance, Consumption-based and Resource-based modeling, and related estimations. - Knowledge of Networking, Security, and Cybersecurity products such as Firewalls, Load-balancers, UTM, Proxy, Encryption tools, IDS & IPS both for On-premises and in Cloud environments - Work experience in Data Center implementation and technical support for all infrastructure domains - Knowledge and Consulting experience in infrastructure domains like - Storage, Backup, Networking, Security, Servers, Virtualization, Replication, DC/DR, Database, As a service Models, Public and Private Clouds, Monitoring, and Management. - Knowledge of effort estimation, FTE loading, skill, and level mapping, and timeline management like - transition, operation, and transformation - Experience and understanding of leveraging the industry's best tools for each infrastructure and Cloud domain, including IT Service Management and Monitoring Management. - Knowledge of industry and global compliance requirements like -GDPR, FedRAMP, NIST, Data Protection, etc. - Client-facing experience in terms of solution defense, due diligence, and solution workshop Education and Certifications: - Engineering Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Telecommunications - Must have certifications -AWS / Azure - Foundational or Associate - Desirable: ITIL Behavioral: - Ability to work as an individual contributor, team player, and remotely with limited supervision - Should be flexible, and have a strong learning aptitude to learn new technologies and skills - Able to articulate the value proposition and bring TCO and ROI benefits as appreciated by clients - Adhering to internal systems and processes. Work experience: - Should have a minimum of 6 years, out of which the last 2+ years in Infrastructure Pre-Sales. - Excellent in English communication and writing proposals / RFP / response / and Presentations
