Understanding Business requirements for portfolio risk analytics using SQL, Tableau etc. starting from data extraction to analytics & reporting, Automation & monitoring of reports; supports in calculating the Business portfolio for any department in the company and requirements as per business
1. Business Requirement Understanding :
- Understanding requirements from various teams/departments and suggesting analytical solution to different problem statements
- Coordinating across teams/departments for any follow ups and successful delivery handovers
- Defining TAT for requirements basis priority and nature of work
2. Business Reporting & MIS :
- Monitors Data and Prepares MIS on daily/weekly/ monthly basis using SQL, Python etc.
- Preparing reports in Tableau and presenting to management
- Supports in Investor Presentation w.r.t reporting and analytics
3. Data Management and Analysis for Policy Review :
- Analyzing data on various cuts to eliminate riskier segments and help policy team in developing policy for such segments
- Conducts data extraction for minimizing Bounce Rate, Loss management, policy review, product changes, third party services
- Writes and updates the SQL/Python codes according to business requirements
- Support and train other team members within and across functions (Compliance, collection, ops, product, business) writing of codes
- Conducts data analysis to create reports that generate insights, extracts riskier segments (partner specific) for Policy review
- Prepares Deck and Month End tables
- Develops the Data base, Testing of Database, checking DB on daily basis
- Supervise third-party resources (Data Quality and Data Extraction).
4. Report Automation :
Actively engaged in working towards automating reports in visualization toll Tableau etc. such as:
- Acquisition Monitoring for every partner
- Cohorts/ portfolio performance on monthly basis
- Delinquency Cuts Reports
- Partner Specific Reports
- Disbursal Reports
- Ad hoc Reports
- Automating Investor cuts Report for Compliance Department
- Attrition Metrics
- TTD Monitoring
5. Internal Audit :
- Prepares Data and other pre-requisites RBI Audit
- Conducts Data Quality Checks, Process or Product Specific Checks and Data Validation from partner
