DMI Finance - Senior Manager - Collection Analytics

JOB PURPOSE -

To help strategize the process of collections by extracting and analyzing the data available on SFDC and Data Lake.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES -

1. Accountability: Data Analysis

- Extraction, Analysis and Presentation of required data from the system - for Senior Management, Business, credit, collections

- Channel Partner-wise reporting on Delinquency, Resolution, Flow Rates, Booksize, Cohort-wise Disbursement and Vintage Analysis - for consumption of internal stake holders & some partners (adhoc)

- Other Analysis - Collection field team/Telecalling team feedback Analysis, Calculation of Cost Of Collection, Bucket flows, Bucket-Wise Resolution

2. Accountability: Statistical Modeling

- Development and Implementation of Statistical Models for collections

- Collection Scorecard (under development) will be used to Strategize the Collection basis different customer segment, using different modes (SMS, Telecalling, Field) and intensity.

- Validation of the Developed Models and retuning them if required

- Evaluation of the possibilities of developing more collection specific models - for partners, agency etc.

3. Accountability: Automation and Publishing of MIS

- Automation of MIS to minimize the manual activity involved in preparation of the Daily MIS.

- Publishing the existing MIS in an enhanced and interactive form on Tableau server, for the viewership of all the Stakeholders

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS -

- Minimum Qualification required: Graduate - Eng/Statistics/MBA/Finance

- Qualifications preferred: B.Tech/MBA

Work Experience

- Minimum 7+ years of experience

- Good presentation skills and logical thinking
