Sr. Manager - Brand & Communication
Job Summary: To ensure clarity, homogeneity, and effective distribution of DMIs brand, content and messaging to internal and external stakeholders - all alongside the strategic brand evolution of DMI.
Principal Accountabilities:Brand:- Create and monitor the brand guidelines.
- Act as a brand custodian and manage brand awareness, recall, and reputation; online and offline.
- Assist the team in the creation of video and print content.
- Execute all brand visibility implementations across all ATL, BTL
- Coordinate the appearance of all print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of the logo, brochures, etc.
- Communicate the brand guidelines and ensure adherence throughout the organization.
Internal Communication:- Co-create employee communication strategy in conjunction with the HR team.
- Work with HR teams on initiatives like the newsletter, mailers, intranet, town-hall, periodic off-site, etc.
- Execute in-office branding and retail outlets (branch offices).
External Communications:Public Relations:
- Coordinate with the PR agency on PR-related events.
- Ensure adherence of media policy by employees.
- Write and/or oversee the creation of press releases and subsequent distribution.
Customer Communication:
- Associate with CRM and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs and brand awareness.
- Build content for customer communication in conjunction with CRM and business teams through various channels.
Events:- Assist in managing the presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Coordinate and execute the design/collaterals needed for the offline product launch and sponsorship events.
Team Management:- Supervise the direct reports.
- Groom the direct reports for their professional growth.
- Co-create the marketing & communications budget along with Brand & Communication Head and ensure compliance.
Qualifications: Postgraduate in any stream preferably from Mass Media
Work Experience :- Advertising, Brand & Media Communication with exposure to Financial Services Industry
- Extremely good written and verbal communication
