To help Product team in the process of data extracting, analyzing the data available on SFDC / Data Lake and translating high level business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive analytical frameworks. 1. Data Extraction, Analysis & Presentation - Extraction, Analysis and Presentation of required data from the system for Senior Management, Business, credit, collections - Channel Partner-wise data reporting on Monthly disbursements, repayments, yields, delinquency, and other portfolio metrics - Preparing data for external reporting to Rating, Debt and other agencies as required - Help Product Team in their data queries 2. Customer Funnel Metrics / Analysis - Creating Funnel Analysis for partner specific and non-specific customer applications to analyze the customer throughput and drop off reasons in the journey - Identify correct data to be taken in for the Funnel Analysis. - Write codes to automate the flow as much as possible - Create Data rich visualizations to monitor partner flow on real time basis 3. Automation and Publishing of MIS - Create Partner and other business MIS reports on visualization tools such as Tableau or Einstein (Salesforce) - Create various monitoring reports for partners - Utilize reports to assess the need for recalibration in Business with Partners - Automate MIS to minimize the manual activity involved in preparation of them 4. Data standardization and integrity checks - Find inconsistencies in data, report them to respective teams and come up with better solutions b) Work Experience Minimum 3 year of relevant experience Technical Skills Proficient in SQL, strong experience of working on Visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau etc), Python a big plus Other skills Data Interpretation and Insights Soft skills: Team player, good communication and presentation skills and attention to detail
