Key responsibility : 1. IT Application Service Design - Design new IT services. This includes the design of new services, as well as changes and improvements to existing ones. 2. Capacity Management: - To ensure that the capacity of IT applications is able to deliver the agreed services in a cost effective and timely manner. Define, analyze, plan, measure and improve all aspects of the availability of IT applications, and ensure that all IT applications, processes, tools, roles etc. are appropriate for the agreed availability targets. 3. Architecture Management: - Define a blueprint for the future development of the technological landscape, considering the service strategy and newly available technologies. Qualifications : - Minimum Qualification required: Engineering Graduate/ Postgraduate. - Qualifications preferred: Master's degree in computer science or related field. Knowledge - PMP and ITIL Knowledge - Outsourcing / Vendor management - Understanding of SDLC / Scrum / Agile methodology Desirable Industry: Banking and Financial Services or IT Services Work Experience - 15 years working in a Salesforce related technology. - 5 Year work experience as an Architect in Salesforce. - 5 Years of software development - 5 Years of software development team management - 2 to 5 years managerial experience. - Exceptional team management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Direct and establish IT-related projects. - Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and develop. - A highly analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of IT standards, data protection operations, legislation (e.g. ITIL, ISO27001, GDPR) - Knowledge of SDLC / Scrum / Agile methodology - Application Architecture design and enhancement of the current architecture, process automation, application maintenance, new product, and solution for business initiatives. - Working knowledge of Multi-tier architectures: load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers and databases. - Designing APIs, Building APIs and Managing APIs - Design and development of Flow processes - Consuming Web Services - Handling Errors - Writing Test cases for all scenarios and performing testing
