Job Purpose:
The position would be responsible for leading a team of treasury operations professionals on end to end treasury operations including regular banking transactions, maintain MIS, Post disbursement documentation, treasury operational compliances with banks rating agencies etc.
Accountabilities:
- Implement Post Disbursement - monthly/quarterly activities:
- Interest Payments - Mails and UTR confirmation
- Confirmation of Balances from Banks
- Bank statement generation
- Interest Calculation - from Banks
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Maintenance of servicing sheets
- End User Certificates
- CA Certificate
- Ensure timely submission of Rating Related Activity:
- NDS to Rating Agencies
- Invoice Payments
- Rating Agreements Record Keeping
- Ensure Account Related/Transaction Activity:
- Account Opening
- Account Closing
- Liquid Fund Investment & Redemption
- FD Creation, Closure and Record Keeping
- Account Maintenance
- Gocorps
- Viewing Rights
- Daily cash flow tracking and investment/redemption
- Ensure completion of Sanction Related Activity:
- Post Disbursement Related activities
- BR Closing
- Term Loan agreement Execution
- Charge Creation & DOH signing
Other Activities:
- Maintain NCD Record Date - Tracker
- Submit Intimation Letters for BENPOS
- Submit Internal Audit
- Documentation execution for all transactions
- Maintain Record Keeping
- Process Loan Closure Letter & Charge Satisfaction
- Manage MIS Related activated:
- Investment MIS
- DEBT MIS
- Updation of Salesforce records for debt MIS
- Payment of Fee/charges
Qualification :
MBA / CA
Skills:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience
- Experience in Operations department preferable of a NBFC
- Sound understanding of Treasury Process and operational documentation
- Team Player, Leadership
