- 7-8 years in Risk/ Analytics role with any NBFC or Banks. Products are Personal Loan, Consumption Loan. Programming and modelling a must for this role! Responsibilities: - Ensure monitoring and constant calibration of Risk framework through analytical skills - Customer segmentation using cluster analysis- based on portfolio performance and suggest credit policies, personal line, procedures and standards. - Develop loss predictive models, financial forecasts. Recommend fact-based business strategies and present them to senior management - Analyze Companies, financials and understanding of other company details for listing of companies for lending loans to employees of these companies, proactive review and listing-delisting of companies, etc. - Engage in analysis relating to profitability and delinquency on personal loans to support decision making. - Develop statistical scoring and regression models, application score that aid in segmenting personal loans customers on the basis of financial needs, credit risk, and debt servicing ability. - Establish monitoring frameworks, statistical control processes, and early warning systems that enables us to react quickly to changing competitive environments - Develop, track and efficiently maintain key MIS monthly and daily reporting of portfolio management. Monthly Presentation decks to senior management. - Build daily/ monthly internal audit controls on policy implementation and identify improvements or areas of non-compliance or operations risk with remedial action. - Downloading and analyzing Credit Bureau History; analyze financial and bank statements of the prospective customer and identification of cashflows, expenses and loan eligibility. - Work with Tech team to design, test and implement various business requirements and creative implementation of solution to simplify and automate internal risk policies for portfolio management. - Build and review Fraud prevention rules as part of fraud control framework. Skills: - Having Presentation skills and excel knowledge, Tableau, SQL and Python is a must. - Must have good knowledge of Credit, Risk, Sales force and Bureau. - Should have been involved in building credit models/ application score and/or supervised team to build models.
