JOB PURPOSE

- Execute the prospective and potential partnership ideas for creating Pre-paid / UPI and other lending programs. Set up the framework of Card Product architecture and Card Management system.

- Working along with the product team to define and identify the new products and solutions

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Onboarding New and Monitoring Existing Partners - Cards

a. Focus on B2B2C and B2C opportunities arising out of innovative form factors such as Pre-paid Cards, UPI and others

b. Understanding the product being offered and the segment being catered to by the partner

c. Understanding the journey, identifying the set of information available with the channel partner

d. Lead the creation of program construct with the partner

e. Ensure the program construct is well understood and signed off by internal teams (Risk / OPS / Collections / Accounts / Business / product)

f. Working along with the tech teams internally to get the implemented

2. Cards / Other Form Factors / New products

a. Set up the framework of Card Product architecture and card Management system

b. Work closely with the technology team to set up the inter linkage with the Origination system, switch, Network, PPI / Bank systems for smoother transaction workflow

c. Set up and manage the processes covering the entire customer lifecycle which includes setting up processes covering Card issuance, PIN, activation, transactions, online & NFC, authorizations, fraud & dispute management, attrition. Put in place robust process mechanisms to monitor and review end to end journey

d. Understand the loyalty programs and their implementation

e. Liaison with Operations, Fraud monitoring, Technology, Service team to ensure customer satisfaction

f. Build the Card app section for service & X-sell to drive customer experience and revenue. Interact closely with the service team to understand customer pain points and build better processes and systems. Responsible for NPS for cards & also reducing customer complaints

3. Others

a. Creating a framework and high-level solution document which can then be executed by tech teams

b. Defining and validating the functional - technical solution

c. Acting as a bridge between partner-Product-technology team for complete functional solutioning and implementation; ensuring the right implementation of the product

Educational Qualifications

a) Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification required: Engineering from Tier 1 /2 colleges

b) Work Experience

- 14+ years of experience in credit card/debit card/loan management domain

- Strong domain knowledge of card product

- Strong understanding of cards in all areas - onboarding, authorization, networks, payments, statements, ledger and accounting, loyalty, frauds, transactions etc.

- Fintech Lending, PPIs and any experience in payments will be a plus

- Knowledge of VISA/MasterCard/RuPay/AMEX/Closed / Open Loop products will be a plus

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Superior Stake holder management skills- Work closely and align with each of teams

- Some technical exposure in any 1 technology or domain - J2EE, Middleware, Oracle, Data Science

- Strong data understanding and analysis skills
