Assistant Manager - Salesforce
- Drive the team and help them with the business knowledge.
- Engage with business users to understand new requirements/enhancements/bugs/issues etc. related to their line of business and provide for technical solutions to fulfil the desired requirements.
1. Team Management :
- Planning and organizing work among team members
- Keeping a track of work done by individual team members
- Identifying the areas of improvement for individuals in the team and plan for trainings if required.
- Setting objectives, give timely feedback and perform appraisals for the team.
- Keeping the team motivated and rewarding the individuals for good work done.
2. Project Planning and Process enhancement :
- Handling multiple projects while planning the deliverable in correct priority.
- Overseeing each project through its complete life cycle to ensure timelines are met.
- Ensuring the quality of product being delivered as per the requirements.
- Keeping a track of work being done and in progress in a tool name JIRA.
- Understanding the problems areas during the life cycle of the project and provide for a resolution or work around.
- Identifying the areas of improvement in the current application technically or process wise.
3. Interaction with Business Users :
- Attending calls to understand the business user requirements (enhancements/bugs/issues).
- Giving process walkthrough for the new enhancements to business users before deployment to UAT.
- Understanding the process flow for any new requirement and guiding team to implement the same.
4. Vendor Management :
- Engage with multiple vendors for partnership on Implementation of the project
- Review performance
