DMI Finance - Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Qualification - MBA Finance / CA - Inter with good written and verbal communication skills.

1. Ensure completeness of accounting:

- Verify, analyze, and post all the accounting data before closure of books.

- Generate error-free accounting reports from LMS to do the reconciliation of various GL balances.

- Prepare and summarize the monthly backup working for income booking, partner settlements, etc.

- Prepare and provide timely data for regulatory filings.

2. Reconciliation of Bank:

- Ensure proper and accurate reconciliation of an organization's bank balance with the bank ledger.

- Monitor all banking activities to identify any irregularities.

3. Reconciliation Retail Portfolio:

- Quarterly reconciliation of portfolio balances to ensure accurate reporting.

- Investigate and resolve the discrepancies between the accounting books & LMS.

- Identify and report any gaps and risks in a process followed and implement solutions to fixes those gaps.

4. Team Management

- Identify steps and timelines needed to reach objectives.

- Communicate plans with staff and delegate work.

- Track progress to ensure completion of work within target deadlines.

- Share needed information with staff and others in a timely manner.

5. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing

- Ensure all provisions and JV's are taken care before the closure of books of accounts

- Ensure all the corrections and reversals have been taken care before regulatory reporting
