Assistant Manager Business Development
1. Business Development
- Real time lead management of the deals sourced by regional RM
- Initial evaluation of the deals to assess if it meets the initial filter criteria.
- Front end the transaction and analyze data from the prospective client as part of initial evaluation. Collate the data and the analysis for further processing to the credit team.
- Coordinate externally with clients for requirements laid out by credit/risk team wrt. deal evaluation.
- Manage a strong relationship with external stakeholders - borrowers, intermediaries, real estate sales agents and IPCs
2. Due Diligence
- The individual will be the point of contact between client and other internal stakeholders for the entire transaction lifecycle.
- Support internal diligence team to identify and onboard the external vendors for due diligence of the deal.
- Collation, initial review, and internal sharing of the requisite information from client for due diligence process
- Coordinate & hold discussions with stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions with clients of any queries raised by internal / external due diligence teams/vendors.
3. Documentation & Execution
- Monitor the loan documentation process and provide support to legal and CAD team in signing and execution.
4. Disbursement
- Evaluate & forecast monthly client wise disbursement requirements.
- Ensure client completes all the compliances required for processing the initial as well as subsequent disbursements.
5. Asset Management & Resolutions
- Collate information on regular basis as required by asset monitoring team and resolve their queries by highlighting the same to the client.
- Follow up with clients for timely sharing of monthly & quarterly information as requested by asset monitoring.
- Prepare the presentation /information memorandum describing the asset for sale for RM to pitch interested investors / buyers.
