DMI Finance - Assistant Manager - Analytics

Job Purpose:

Involved in extracting data, automating reports, solving deep technical problems, and building innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

1. Management Reports - is the foundation for monitoring performance, tracking against plans and making strategic business decisions

- Data Preparation and MIS

- Create business report that provide insight into key data points

- Daily checks on tableau Monitoring

- Partner/Business Specific Reports

- Disbursal Reports

2. Data Management and Analysis

- Write and update the SQL/Python codes according to business requirements

- Analyze transaction or historical data to create the reports for generate insights

- Keeping checks on DB regarding any failure

3. Business Analysis Design

- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department

- Observe data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout

- Support various department in reaching their goals through analysis

- Extract the numbers for investor presentations

- Develop and test the Database, check Database on daily basis

- Help other team members in understanding the process

4. Internal Audit

- Prepare Data, desired document/ MIS for RBI Audit

- Conduct Data Quality Checks

Skills required:

Experience - 2yr to 5 yrs

- Minimum Qualification required: Graduate-Preferred Btech/BCA/MC (CSE/IT/ECE)

- Must have hands on experience: Tableau

Preferred - SQL/Oracle, Data structure

Good to have: Analytical Background, Python, Domain Knowledge, statistics concepts, PL/SQL, AWS Athena
