Job Summary:
Assist in closing books of accounts of subsidiary/group companies of DMIF; Manage entire accounting process of month end accounting; prepare Financial Statements and year end disclosures of group companies to provide true and fair view of financial position to all stakeholders
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Accounting process- Booking of entries:
- Month end reports received need to be verified and reconciled with documents and reports available.
- Reconciliation of Net worth and preparation of MIS in accordance with periodicity/requirements.
- Review monthly closing entries, audit adjustments and rectification entries in the books.
- Prepare FS at each month end in due timelines.
- Manage the RBI compliance requirements at the end of each quarter.
2. Compilation and Finalization of Corporate borrower portfolio:
- Collate and run income calculations of all corporate borrowers. Coordinate with operations team for periodic upload of raw data in the system and for reconciliation of portfolio between LMS and Accounting ERP.
- Prepare and Manage reconciliations to ensure no revenue leakages.
3. Execute and close Audit:
- Collate and prepare audit data and backup workings.
- Draft financial statements of the entities as per relevant format prescribed.
- Coordinate and liase with internal cross functional teams for audit requirements.
4. Ind-AS requirements:
- Prepare and analyze disclosures to comply with Ind-AS financial requirements.
5. Coordination with stakeholders:
- Prepare compliance data for companies and coordinate with Compliance team for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual regulatory reports.
- Send reports, MIS as requested periodically by internal or external stakeholders.
a) Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification required: Graduate/ Semi qualified- Chartered Accountant
b) Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Prior Experience in IND-AS is preferable
