Job Description :

- Finalization of Accounts

- Consolidation of Accounts

- Ensuring Internal Financial Controls are in place

- Finance Planning & analysis

- Handling Operation & Project Payment.

- The closing of Books of Account on Monthly Basis.

- Compliance related to ROC.

- Finalization of Group Companies.

- Preparation & Vetting of Financials & Cash Flows of Group Companies.

- Preparation & Vetting of CMA Data.

- Compliance related to ROC. (Registrar of Companies).

- Responsible for handling the Audit (Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, and R & D Audit.

- Handling, Monitoring & Vetting of Receivables / Collections & Payables.

- Consolidation of Financial Statement in Compliance with the provisions.

- Preparation & Maintaining the Statutory Books of Account.
