Hiring for Manager Legal-Operation Compliance

Role & responsibilities:

1-Review, Scrutinize and Monitoring All India business Operation licenses of stores, DC, and Regional Offices etc. to appraise the current and future requirements of the new/Modification of licenses etc and to ensure that renewal of related licenses are done in time.

2- To Find, Notifying, Guiding the Operation team in case of any amendment in the Act /GR/GO like FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Essential Commodities, Shop and Establishment, Lift Licenses, Environment NOC, CTE/CTO, Fire NOC, Ground Water, Borewell, WDL/RDL, 365 days etc.

3- Notifying and Guiding Store Managers/ASM for online portal updating for State/Central etc governmental related notification for e.g. Essential Commodities Groceries updates Rice, Wheat, Tur, Urad etc. To visit at the Authority and do Liasioning etc for the clarifications on the subject matter, in case of need. Guide to applying for licenses /renewal of licenses providing affidavit, undertaking etc.

4-Co-ordinating with Legal Team for providing FSA Nomination, providing support to legal team in giving reply to Licenses in case of any notices received.

5-Guiding team for new upcoming stores like what are the licenses required for operation of stores. Providing list of licenses and also validity of licenses

6-Solving queries of Store Managers pertaining to cancellation of licenses, compliance etc

7- Day to day monitoring in internal Online Tools for e.g. Xcem, PM and vision 360 etc., about pending licenses, creation of new store & licenses, creating trigger for ASM/CH/AVP, Transfer of licenses to new ASM/CH/AVP, Updating central licenses i.e. new as well as renewal of licenses, removing trigger etc.

8-Providing MIS Report to Management like All the above Licenses, Fire NOC, Lift, etc.

9-Guiding team with regards to checking, verification, rejecting, confirmation of licenses

10-In case of any changes in director, name of licenses, changes in nominee than guiding and ensuring operation team to make necessary changes in licenses.

11-Vefification and confirmation of approvals, permissions, NOC, licenses pertaining to upcoming green field project, BTS etc. Raising queries in case of any deficiencies and giving clarity to the management.

12- Assisting and verification of Building approvals/permissions/Noc in giving hand over approval for new store across the Pan India.

13-Providing support and documents to project/ team like affidavit, undertaking, application etc

14. All kindly of work directly or indirectly or incidental to the related to the business or the operations must be able to execute at individual capacity and lead the team. Liaisoning and Travelling, in case of need.

Preferred candidate profile:

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate but LLB would be preferable

Experience : 10-16 Years

Salary Range : 12,00,000 to 20,00,000

Location : Thane
