Role Manager Content Development (Behavioral Programs)

Job Description

The candidate has to develop Behavioral/Leadership Training content for various Job Roles in the organization. The content has to be developed by having detailed discussions with Function Heads, understanding the role and the soft skills / behavior/ traits required to Excel in the role. Do exhaustive visits to Stores/Distribution Centers (observing people at the place of work). Understand what drives, motivates people to perform. Prepare PPT, Trainer Guide, Participant Guide and Assessment for various behavioral programs.

The candidate has to also coordinate with external vendors to design, develop behavioral/ leadership content and to upgraded existing content.

- Prepare the Behavioral Program Training Curricula and Calendar for various roles in the organization. Evaluate the various Marquee, Signature programs available in the market and their relevance to the organization/various role holders.

- Coordinate with L&D Admin/execution team and prepare the calendar for roll out of the Behavioral training programs for various roles in the organization. Deliver Behavioral programs in English, Hindi and at least one vernacular language for Junior Managers and Officers (Supervisory staff)

Who can apply

- Should be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Psychology having completed an Instructional Designing Course.

- 10-12 years experience in Behavioral, Leadership Content Development in Banking, Insurance, Pharma, Telecom, Auto, FMCG, Retail, Education etc. sectors.

- Candidate should have background and relevant experience in the field of Behavioral sciences, Talent Management, Social sciences etc.

Age 35-40 years

Skills needed

- Excellent academic Score in Std X, XII and Graduation. High proficiency in written and spoken English. Good understanding of ADDIE model, Blooms Taxonomy, Designing Curriculum, Lesson Planning, Adult Learning Principles.

- Expertise in Excel, Word and creating Power Point Presentations is a MUST
