Designation -Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager

Location-Mumbai (Thane )

Grade -M4/G1

- 8-12 years of experience in Taxation

- Responsible for ensuring Direct Tax compliance.

- Responsible for timely submission of Statutory Return and Audit Reports including transfer Pricing Report and related matters.

- Responsible for Handling Direct Tax Litigation, drafting of Reply to Show Cause Notices and Appearing before the Tax Authorities.

- Hands on experience in GST Implementation in ERP environment

- Preferably worked on computing GSTR 1,2,3B reconciling the same with Accounting records

- Updated knowledge of GST Act, Rules, Notification and circular

- Preparation of working for Service Tax,TDS-WCT and other Indirect taxes and reconcile with tax ledger/register.

- Filing of monthly/quarterly/half yearl, service tax, professional tax, TDS, property tax, PF etc. and maintain updated CENVAT register.

- Drafting of reply in case of notices/ show cause received from various Govt authorities, Vetting through consultants, update on latest judgment and incorporate in reply and present before statutory authorities.

- Ensure Statutory Compliances and Audit Compliances for all Indirect tax related transactions.

- Providing guidance to in house departments on proper availment of cenvat and applicability of tax rates

KEY SKILLS:

- The incumbent should have experience of working in large organization and having good intellectual communication and interpersonal skills. Hands on experience of working on SAP will be an added advantage.
