Urgent opening in Leading Telecom Operator for the position of Usage and Revenue - Data/Voice Marketing.

Location - Guwahati

CTC - upto 14 lacs

Internal Band- Deputy Manager

Essence of Job role : Key Accountabilities

Revenues:

- Gross Service Revenue Target

- PF and Usage to be tracked and achieved as separate streams

- Timely revenue forecasts and projections, as required

Base Management and usage enhancement:

- Achieving ARPU as per DB

- Component wise achievement of ARPU

- RES as a % of base for Prepaid

- Ensure availability of paper stocks of Chotta and Bonus cards at all times

- Develop revenue enhancement plan

- Product conceptualization & launches for revenue enhancement & to counter competition moves

- Customer & Trade communication on Products

Segmentation & data mining:

- Analysis of the subscribers usage behaviour to generate insights for revenue enhancement

- Pre & Post analysis of all product launches

- Use cell site intelligence for revenue enhancement

Communication:

- Customer & Trade communication on Products & Offers

- Internal communication: Customer service, IT, IN, Legal, Marcomm

- External communication : Advertising agencies, Alliance vendors

Understanding the customer behaviour:

- Market research to understand subscriber behaviour better
