An US based one of the world's largest medical technology (Medical Devices) company and is a Fortune 500 company, looking out for Deputy Manager (Talent Acquisition) based out of Mumbai
Main Purpose:
- Responsible for managing end to end recruitment lifecycle for assigned assignments.
- In order to drive processes & talent towards the organizations short term and long term goals ensuring quality & cost effective hiring processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- To identify Manpower Needs from a quantitative & qualitative point of view and support to meet the Human Resource needs of the Organization.
- To develop and implement talent acquisition strategies through market analysis and identified channels to bring in the right quantity & quality of Human Resources in terms of best fitment to the job/organization.
- To offer strategic input to business units for delivering best practice recruitments through different sources of hiring in their respective locations to ensure quick credibility in market.
- To create, search, network and identify active /passive job seekers on the basis of criticality of the job position and maintain up to date information (database) to proactively fill positions within timelines.
Key Behavioral Attributes Required:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to manage several projects or tasks.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in an MNC.
- Handling Talent Acquisition in organizations with mass hiring.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with degree in HR from any Tier 1 / 2 Institute.
