As a part of their Consulting department they are looking to identify Talent and Analytics Systems Service Lead.  Would you be keen for a role where your responsibilities include-   - Ensuring that business is able to attract, motivate, reward and develop people needed to achieve business plans  - Managing the support team the Talent Management and Data Warehouse Systems  - Managing proactively all relevant risks, issues, vendors, stakeholders etc.  - Acting as first point of contact for group talent and matters relating to the system   - Standardizing vendor and contractor management for relevant PPA vendors.   - Managing service desk and troubleshoot issues  - Provide regular and accurate management reporting on IT Service Performance   Are you someone with :  - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in consulting and people management   - Experience in Application Maintenance and Administration preferably in HRIS Systems   - Strong Service Delivery and Result oriented approach   - Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services   - Exceptional stakeholders engagement and influential skills  - ITIL certified   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills   What's in for you :  - A Meritocratic culture with clear career progression.  - International Multicultural work environment in the heart of the financial capital of the country.   If you think this role will add value to your career, kindly apply along with your updated CV
