One of our leading Automobile client. They offer a wide range of seating systems and components like foam, headrests, armrests and seat trims. They need to fill the below position for their Pune location.

Deputy Manager - Purchase (Seating Mechanism)

No. of Position - Two.

Posting Location - Pune.

Job Description :

- Responsible for Corporate Purchase Function at country level

- Sending RFQ's to the suppliers with proper inputs

- Quote analysis & amp; comparison. To prepair sourcing documents

- To negotiate & settle part & amp; tooling Cost with the suppliers

- Zero Based Costing of stamping, Fine Blanking Parts & assemblies

- To settle supplier commercial issues against increase / decrease

- To finalize & prepare commercial agreement with suppliers

- Communication with the suppliers

- Computer knowledge ( Excel, Power point, ERP)

- Knowledge of raw material commodity market with trend data

- Knowledge on supplier assessment

- Settlement of economics / ECN impact with the suppliers

Qualf - BE - Mechanical

Experience - 5 - 6 years
