Hiring for the position of Deputy Manager - Prepaid Acquisition with a leading Telecom Giant for Ahmedabad Location.

Job Profile

This position is responsible for the acquisition of prepaid gross additions. This is achieved by product design, development & launch keeping competition, market dynamics etc in continuous focus.

- Achieve prepaid Gross Addition target

- Products launches within TAT as and as per SOX process

- Prepare & acquisition related MIS’s

- Real time competition MIS & tracking, updating field with strategic inputs on countering the same

- Regular Market visits

- Assist prepaid product manager in designing annual acquisition plan

- Understand market requirement through market visits

- Design & develop products based on market dynamics i.e. keeping in mind competition & countering
competition offers if need be

- Creating fresh segments to expand the category/product penetration

- Frequent analysis of (FR, UB Etc) to check daily health of the business

- Analysis of special/segmented products to keep track/monitor health & performance after launch
