DM - Payroll Compliance

We are a Hong Kong headquartered Executive Search firm with offices in India. We have been retained by one of our reputed clients that is looking to hire executives for their team.

Summary:

- In-charge for Complete Payroll Compliance for PAN India (Provident Fund, Professional Tax, TDS, ESI, LWF etc) and In-charge for Outsourced Employees Salary & Life-cycle Administration.

Mission:

- Will be responsible for PAN India Compliance on PF, TDS and all other payroll related compliances for all entities.

- One Point Contact for “Payroll Compliance” & Outsourced Employees on PAN India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure 100% Provident Fund Compliance (Consolidation, Payments, Returns Submission) including Employees’ PF withdrawals and Transfers.

2. Partner, Monitor & Control all Payroll Compliances, 100% managed by Compliance Partner. Organize regular reviews on Compliance & publish the Compliance Tracker regularly.

3. Drive continuous action plan to challenge Payroll Compliance deviations across Country & to take corrective actions to ensure 100% compliance up to date and publish for legal partners/BU Lead.

4. Responsible for Salary administration & Lyfe-cycle mgmt for Outsourced Employees on PAN India.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

- List the quantitative and qualitative indicators on which the job has a concrete and direct impact. They are directly linked to the purpose of the job (goals) as well as to the main activities.

1. 100% Compliance in timelines, Strict adherence to timelines of all Statutory Payments, Submission of Returns etc.

2. Timely deliveries on PF Employees’ Settlements & Transfers.

3. Strict adherence to timelines with respect to Salary administration & life-cycle mgmt of all Outsourced/Contract Employees on PAN India. Simplification of process and One point contact for all outsourced employees in Company.
