We began with single magazine, today it is India's most diversified media group with 36 magazines, 7 radio stations, 4 TV News Channels, 1 newspaper, multiple web and mobile portals, a leading classical music label, book publishing and India's only book club. Through its subscribers, readers, viewers, surfers and listeners, the group reached out to over 50 million individuals.

We are looking expert professionals for our Media Research Wing.

Position : Deputy Manager/ Manager / Sr. Manager- Media Research

Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate

Job Description:

- Would be responsible for producing viewership reports and tracking competitions for all channels of network.

- Identify pockets, which may contribute to overall increase in channel TRPs with marketing activity.

- Provide insights on the overall dynamics of TV universe and more specifically on the news genre.

- Brand communication to various departments - basis health of channel in terms of market position

- Prepare and analyze weekly reach

- Connectivity report basis TAM markets and channel placement reports

- Initiated various types of quantitative and qualitative research studies through leading market research agencies to improve viewership and listenership.

- Responsible for maximizing reach through channel distribution by prioritizing TAM markets and formulating strategy in Distribution platforms

- Help Marketing with insights. Support editorial with insights and regular reports. Advertising spend analysis across medium and genre to help Sales team.

Quality we are looking for:

Must have 4+ years of experience in TV industry or Media or Broadcasting Industry

Experience of working on TAM software, BARC, Media Xpress/MAP.

Must have done Research & Analysis activities for Media- TRP.

Strong analyzing capability and presenting TAM ratings, content analysis & Adex

Experience of doing general desk research, producing affiliate reports for programming, sales, distribution & management.
