Qualification A Graduate in Science, Law, Supply chain, Engineering discipline or equivalent.

Industry Preference/ Target Companies Global IT Operations Company

- Expertise in Global Procurement specially in LATAM and EU region

- Expertise in Sourcing IT Product, Services, Software and required proficiency in Storage, Backup, Hosting and Field Services. Atleast one Category specialization required.

- Strong in Techno-commercial

- Global Taxation Acumen in Sales tax, Duties and withholding Taxes

- Global expertise in In-country Buying and Reselling channels

- Expertise in Multi country ordering channel and hold knowledge of INCOTERMS.

- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Project and Process Management skills.

- Team Management and People skills.

- Familiarity with large complex deal management

- Expertise in MSA, MVA, SOW, Alliances and Reseller agreements

- Good IT skills on industry ERP, MS office, SAP.

- Ability to work both independently, motivated and achievement oriented

- Ability to work in Multi-tasking and a Multi-cultural environment

- Flexible to work for extended hours to support US region ( No graveyard Night shifts)

Brief JD:

- Work closely with the operations team to support strategic sourcing projects, and Customers bids.

- End to end Managing of Transition and steady state accounts.

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation and understanding.

- Proactively work with Finance and Project budget holders in identifying major procurement activities and delivery effective win to enhance company profitability.

- Develop, lead and execute procurement strategies.

- Work with Business and Legal to negotiate contractual agreements with Partners to ensure value for money and excellent service levels are maintained and optimized across all projects and prospective customers.

- Craft RFIs/RFPs based on project requirements, solicit proposals, shortlist and work with management to discuss, negotiate and finalize the contract / SOW with vendors.

- Conduct global benchmarking and best-in-class practices analysis.

- Conduct Vendor Performance evaluation periodically and hold review calls with internal/external Stake-owners on Vendor's service deliverables.

- Ensure periodic weekly trackers to Business and Sales on the on-going requirements, issue and dispute management.

- Work closely with counter parts - both onsite and offshore.

- Be escalation point for delivery or contract issues.

- Prepare transactional documentation to consummate order.

- Maintain knowledge repository as a database of Orders, Contracts and agreements.

- Handle Escalations for Delivery Expedite and Payment reconciliations.

- Work with Finance on ensuring the commercial and cost saving benefits are realized at the P&L level.

- Work with Regulatory and Taxation Team in identifying optimized channels for global Ordering and comply with the governing Laws.

- Work with Quality team on periodic basis to ensure sourcing team process compliance are met in line with the Organization objectives.

- Driving organization objectives through strategic planning.

- Initiate and achieve Partner consolidations in various sourcing categories.

- Focus on automation and process improvement initiatives

- Strategize and initiate transformational initiatives to bring sourcing efficiencies
