The candidate should have worked in a Business Partner role in the past and must have exposure to:  - Talent Acquisition: Sourcing candidate, meeting candidates, shortlisting, coordinating with Business to meet and close the shortlist.  Make an offer, complete documentation and ensure smooth onboarding .  - Talent Management: Monitoring Performance, ensuring regular feedbacks and reviews of employees, creating R&R for the function and running it, MDPs for the Hi Pots etc.  - MIS and excel expertise : Must be very well equipped to work on cost and attrition, demographics, and other analytics for the team.  - Must have a pleasing personality to build great employee relations.  - Must have flair get deep knowledge of the business to be able to contribute.  - Must and must be aggressive and focused towards faster closures and has to understand and deliver in tight timelines.  - Overall responsible and enthusiastic candidate, should be positive who make his way in ambiguous work scenario as well.  - Excellent communication skill is a must.  - Prefer a male candidate form a decent B School with aspirations to learn and grow .  - 4 to 6 years of work experience.  - Preferably from Gurgaon with his / her own conveyance so that staying late or coming early to office is not a constraint.
