DM/Manager - Finance & Accounts/Regulatory Reporting - NBFC - CA

A Leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) that caters to the growing needs of an Aspirational India, serving both Individual & Business Clients is looking for DM / Mgr Finance and Accounts for Mumbai location. It is a well-established business with strong capitalization.

They offer a wide range of secured and unsecured loans to their customers. They are a one-stop-shop for all requirements, be it loans, investments or protection. They have quickly grown to have more than 1300 Branches spread across 24 States & 3 Union Territories.

The role is a part of the corporate finance team and entails responsibility for regulatory

reporting, including submission of periodical regulatory returns related to financials and ALM

Key Responsibilities :

- Monthly/ Quarterly Regulatory return submission within timelines

- Work closely with the financial reporting and ALM teams for data requirements

- Filing of returns under XBRL

- Adhoc regulatory data requests - accumulation and review of financials/ ALM data points before onward submission to Compliance

- Handling of annual regulatory inspection with respect to returns/ data submissions for financials/ ALM

- Handling of statutory/ internal audit of regulatory returns/ submissions

Skill / Competencies required :

- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements

- Prior experience in financial/ regulatory reporting with Banks/ NBFC's would be preferred

- Ability to work with large data sets

- Good communication skills

- Ability to adhere to reporting timelines

- Ability to complete tasks independently and work as part of a team

Qualification :

- CA (Mandatory)
