Job Description:
Qualification: MBA from a reputed institution
Years of experience: Around 5 to 6 Years (3-4 Yrs is enough if the candidate from XISS, IMT(HR), LIBA etc
Age: 25 to 30 Years
- Critical Exposure/Experience deemed essential: Prior work experience in HR as a Generalist or in talent acquisition for a PAN India operations, exposure towards sales HR preferred
- Competency Profile, Skill Set Required.: Hr Business partnering, Talent acquisition (Certifications preferred), Good Communication Skills, Initiative & self starter, Multi tasking & co-ordination, MS Office proficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing for all positions for sales and corporate ( Middle to senior management positions)
2. End to end talent acquisition management for field sales team
3. Employee lifecycle management / administration for crop protection manpower for sales and corporate
4. Employee engagement activities
5. Performance management cycle
6. Training & Development co-ordination
7. MIS management, co-ordination & submission of periodical reports after taking the inputs from across SBU manufacturing units, marketing locations etc.
Target Industries: FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durable
CTC: 10-12 L
