DM - Finance - ICWA - Elevator & Escalator Industry

We are currently hiring for one of the global leaders in the elevator and escalator industry.In existence for more than 100 years,they have been committed to understanding the needs of their customers for over a century.The organization provides innovative and eco-efficient solutions for elevators, escalators and automatic building doors.

The offered role is for a DM - Finance.

Key Result Areas :

- Perform or organize the execution of the financial controlling tasks as defined in the Financial Control Models.

- Ensure all tax, book keeping, consolidation tasks and local financial statements are met on a timely and accurate basis and in line with Accounting and Reporting Instructions and external regulations.

- Analyse actual performance to plan, recommend and implement corrective actions

- Maintain strong connections with other Finance colleagues within the organization to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.

- May lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of Finance professionals to achieve established goals.

- Analysis and Control on Inventory

- Analysis of Material Cost & Establishing Standard Operating Procedures for cost reduction.

- Improvement of the status of the FCM audits.

- All financial reporting is completed on time and accurately.

- Manageable working capital development.

- Fixed costs level/reduction.

- Accounts receivable overdue.

- Cash flow

Essentials :

- ICWA qualified and must have minimum experience of 4 years.

- Should have been exposed to SAP

- Expertise in Costing.

- Strategic thinking.

- Good Communication.
