DM - Finance - Healthcare/Pharma

Requirement:

The candidate should have in-depth strong knowledge of Indian GAAP / IFRS / US GAAP.

1. Book close / MIS:

- Closure of company's (Listed Entity) legal entity books on monthly / quarterly / annual basis.

- Review of month end accruals, intercompany reco, balance sheet schedules, Income statement trend analysis;

- Support in preparation of consolidated balance sheet, PL of the group on a monthly / quarterly basis.

- Tracking actual cost v/s Budget for support functions.

- Work closely with Commercial department for accrual of service tax, duty drawback / rebate

- Preparation of Monthly business review / quarterly Board and ACP decks

- Self-driven and motivated to work in a listed company challenging environment

- Establish contact / build relationship with key stakeholders.

2. Technical :

- Opportunity to work on one- off projects like implementation of Tax accounting standards, IND AS conversion

- Preparing financials with notes & cash flow of company's Standalone entity

- Managing statutory audit process on a quarterly basis

- Preparation of clause 41, segment reporting and notes

- Participate in compliance with Companies Act 2013 requirements like CSR, Related party,

- Experience in preparing / auditing financials under IFRS / US GAAP.

- Knowledge of SAP / Similar size ER
