We are hiring for Deputy Manager-Accounts Receivables  CA candidate having 3-6 years of experience for Accounting receivable profile.  Desired Qualification: a 2008 -2011 batch qualified Chartered Accountant   Desired Experience:   Candidate should have good experience in following areas:  - rich theoretical and practical experience of international accounting standards as well as accounting standards (must have practical experience of IAS 18, IAS21, IAS 32 and IFRS 13)  - knowledge of SAP accounting functionality  - knowledge of excel  - handled end to end accounting and MIS reporting   - have experience of working in team as well team leading  - good communication and presentation skills  Job profile:  - Ensuring correct and timely finalization of revenue from services on monthly basis as well as accounting incorporating strong review and cross checks.  - Review of customer contract from the perspective of revenue model finalization, contract note preparation, applicability of TP   - Review of TP compliance and circulating report of observation to various stakeholders  - Ensuring AR is presented highlighting the major variances and provides quantified explanation for the same.  - Ensuring timely validation of the invoices to ensure correct accounting keeping in view of the relevant clause of contract  - Ensure that utilization is being updated on real time basis for the purpose of unbilled tracking  - Ensure completeness of sales register on regular intervals  - Ensuring seeking clarifications in case of variation between invoice value and accrual  - Ensuring the correct and timely accounting for all intercompany transactions relating to revenue transfers, debtors, collection and deposit of international taxes charged by us on the invoices raised and submitted with the customer.  - Circulation of ageing reports after ensuring that collections as well as other relevant information are updated on real time basis before debtor's report circulation.  - Ensuring timely and correct accounting for all collections received from the customers.  - Computation of realization rate taking in to account the reinstatement of all monetary accounts  - Ensuring updating of the deferred and unbilled schedule on regular intervals and cross checking with other schedules to ensure completeness  - Ensuring correct computation of doubtful debt and cost deferral  - Validation of the outstanding TDS certificates report on regular intervals to ensure that TDS certificates are received on regular basis and ensuring timely accounting for all the TDS certificates received.  - Preparing SOPs for various activities related to revenue  - Ensure adherence to process mapped under SOX for each and every activity falling under purview of revenue which has resulted in clean chit sign off from SOX auditors.  - SOX documentation mapping for new processes/change in processes  - Look for re-engineering for all the processes involved in revenue accounting which carries a room for further automation.  - Making continuous value add in existing invoicing and revenue accounting process to have strong controls over revenue number reporting  - To look in to the areas wherein manual work can be replaced by the IS automation  - To share the knowledge with the team members on regular intervals to keep them posted for the developments, especially in the field of taxation (Be it direct or indirect)  - Grooming team members to assume higher responsibilities   - Building a positive environment within the team  - To co-ordinate statutory auditors in relation to getting sign off on the Qtrly revenue numbers in the given time deadlines.  - To ensure that correct data is provided to corporate and other team to deposit and VAT and service tax on timely basis.  - Ensure providing timely and accurate data to consolidation team for filing to statutory authorities.  Interested candidates can apply here.  Shilpa Arya  9211001550  ANRI Solutions
