Job Description

1. Needs to be a qualified CA with atleast 4 Years of experience post CA

2. First owner of the statutory compliances like annual audit, taxation matters, both indirect & direct, including international transfer pricing study and certification.

3. Responsible for supervision of day-to-day finance and accounting functions, control structure, implementation and adherence to corporate policies and guidelines.

4. Play a key role in the financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting, analysis, closing and reporting activities for one of the two divisions operating in India.

5. Performs other duties as assigned by the Finance Controller.
