Opportunity with a leading online travel company for Deputy Manager– Display and Affiliate.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR)
- Assist in creating and executing the online marketing strategy (excluding paid and organic search) for Display, Affiliate networks, Ad networks
- Establish Strong buying, agency and publisher relationships. Negotiating with publishers for rate, exploring new buying agencies.
- Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies.
- Improve creative’s at conceptual and implementation level.
- Managing and optimizing internal inventory.
- Manage campaign on various affiliate networks for the collaborating LOB’s by taking into consideration the demand forecast of products. Ensuring that the quality of traffic is maintained from publishers.
- Monitoring and Tracking campaigns to ensure business deliveries. Ensure error free running of the advertisements on affiliate networks.
- Roll out monthly media plan for Display and Manage media buying for campaigns.
- Test new platforms, features and optimization methods.

- Successful delivery as per business plan across LOB’s.
- Optimization across positions, sizes, creative, propositions etc based on analysis.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION - MBA or equivalent from a premier business school will be preferred
(Business Management / Analytics)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - 4- 6 years with digital marketing experience of a good scale including display / affiliate marketing

- Internet/ecommerce savvy-(Knowledge on all aspects of website -(text, graphics, images ,designs, keywords and meta tags , other common terminologies, technical aspects such as database-driven functionalities, html, ftp, pixels, general web functionality, Internet industry trends for all consumer marketing mediums e-commerce, email, banners, landing pages, pop-ups and pop-under etc))
- Understanding of online media buying
