For one of our client, a Leading Financial Services Firm, we are seeking a Deputy Manager - Cross sell & Customer Life Cycle Management, Digital Business
Position - Deputy Manager - Cross sell & Customer Life Cycle Management, Digital Business
Education : MBA
Location : Mumbai
Profile : Create Customer Life Cycle Management charter, maximize revenue by up-sell, cross sell and retention. Responsible for customer campaigns to meet the above objectives
Key responsibilities :
Customer Life Cycle Management :
- Drive Customer life time value through analytics
- Create customer life stage based campaigns to cross-sell, upsell and retain the customers
- Analyse and create profitable customer segments which can then be targeted with effective campaigns
Campaign Planning & Execution :
- Work with Business Intelligence/ campaign and Marketing teams to plan for customer campaigns starting from Acquisition to Retention
- Enhance per customer lifetime value through measurable campaigns.
- Evaluate campaign agency on set parameters to measure effectiveness of campaigns
- Plan for newer campaign platform like Social, Google etc.
Customer database enrichment :
- Work towards customer data enrichment with the objective of increasing campaign effectiveness
Role Specific Competencies :
- Relevant experience in planning and execution of customer life cycle management campaigns
- Good experience analytics (Adobe, SaS and other BI tools) in BFSI, E-commerce space
- Self motivated and ability work under ambiguity
Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Experience :
- MBA with Minimum 3 years of experience Customer life cycle management, cross-sell and campaign management in BFSI/ eCommerce space
