We have an Urgent opening as a Deputy Manager ; Customer service /Back Office Operations with one of the reputed NBFC for its Head Office In Pune.
Experience : 4 to 10 Yrs
CTC: 6 to 8 lacs (Fix)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all processes of customer service back office operations at HO.
- Coordination and support Field Operations, Collections, business units and HO teams in servicing customer loans
- Timely processing of customer requests and maintain service standards and quality received thru CRM, Web portal and closure of CRM requests.
- Processing of waivers, approvals in system and enable closure of Loans, issuance of NOCs, Statement of accounts – Reconciliation.
- Root cause analysis of customer complaints or feedback, identify and escalate critical aspects , suggestions and actions for improvement or revision in processes
- Ensure team productivity and qualitative performance
