DM/AM/Manager - Legal Resolution - BFS

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The candidate is required to make the resolution strategy, driving the recovery process under SARFAESI, IBC, DRT and other legal forums.

- Follow up legal case filed in different counts for recovery of dues.

- Issuing notices to borrowers for recovery of dues, taking possession of securities, undertaking public auction for sale of securities.

- Finalising one time settlement with the borrowers.

- Compliance of RBI directives in respect of recovery of loan.

Qualification:

Law degree from a recognized university. However, the candidates having experience in recovery of loan, this can be exempted.

Experience:

Min 2-3 years in a Bank or NBFC or other Financial Institutions.
