- Financial understanding of prospects.
- Detailing of activities for making dealership ready; Dealer Installation.
- Training to Dealer Staff Follow up of activities during development stage.
- Dealership audits & Statutory compliance of dealerships
- Responsible for recruiting & guiding dealers' staff, monitor review their work for defined levels of performance and ensure high motivational level in team.
- Responsible for strategy for network planning & expansion
- Coordination with Cross functional team for Network Development.
- Implementation of System and process in Newly appointed Dealers
- Plan monthly secondary network appointment on monthly basis.
- Candidates from Passenger Cars Segment would be preferred
