Job Summary :
- The Regional Sales Account Manager position is responsible for establishing and executing sales and to meet the company objectives and enhance overall company valuation.
- Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities to fuel up-market growth.
- Negotiating contracts from commercial and legal perspective.
- Ensure communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with Founders/Directors
- Understand DLT Platforms offered and be able to articulate its features and benefits to internal and external audiences, and lead adoption.
- Be a subject matter expert in Sales/Business Development and manage complete lifecycle of RFP end-to-end.
- Build team of talented BD associates to achieve and exceed business sales objectives through lead allocation and prioritization
- Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
- Creating & maintaining a structured Account Plan & Status for weekly/monthly update
- Partner with broader, Senior account team (Sales, Operations, Executives) based out of other geographies (Toronto HQ, Japan & Singapore) to provide seamless customer interaction, proactively support to close on active/new leads w.r.t to client research, creating pitches, presentations, propositions, demos etc.
- Work closely with the internal & external Sales and Technical teams to create a single view to the customer, maintain 4 quarter view and identify other revenue opportunities.
Requirements :
- Experience in sales lifecycle management from lead generation to closing the opportunities.
- Ability to look at the big picture and take a long term view while weighing options and implications.
- Travel frequently to meet customers and prospects domestically & internationally.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor and propose business solutions.
- Proven track record for having generated good amount of sales in the Indian territory
- Experience in selling using value proposition-based approach
- Should be comfortable in Excel based data maintenance and analysis
- Strong communication (Verbal & Written) and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and resource management skills.
- Proven negotiation & persuasion skills.
- Excellent time management skills
