Requirements
- 8+ Years of experience in sales and consulting
- 5+ years of experience in managing client/partner relationship
- Bachelor- s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience
- Engineering Degree or equivalent technical degree or Master in Sales or Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A very good understanding of Product Management methodologies including hands-on experience in driving various aspect of product management
- Good understanding of sales cycle and proven ability to close deals with clients
- Ability to bring in new leads based on the past relationship
- Strong communication, presentation, decision making, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
- Adept at being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on programs
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution. Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day to day progress tracking and execution
- Proven track record of taking ownership and of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, including the history of successfully managing large scale projects
- Proactively identify problems & drive solutions, Make decisions that are based on the values and principles of the organization
- Must be comfortable working in fuzzy environments - where boundaries aren- t clearly defined.
- A very strong presentation and negotiation skill
Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for clients to answer all their questions and showcase DL product features to them
- Work closely with other sales team and go above & beyond to close deals
- Present the client requirements to the design team so as to design and deliver solutions as per client needs
- Work with client managers and project managers to understand and analyze the client requirements
- Document high-level client requirements into formal DLT Labs' standard document and presentation
- Conduct training for other Sales team members on product
- Create and maintain product marketing plan for increasing sales and revenue
- Address customer queries in timely fashion
- Develop product reference document and product courseware for customers
- Find new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
- Generates new leads by meeting with consumers
- Always look for new ways to make products attractive to customers
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standard
- Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge and stay up to date on all company policies and procedures
- Build new business and finance models to show the business value to the clients
- Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections from client
