The Customer Service Manager is responsible for building up and managing Last Mile Product & Service Delivery in an efficient manner. The position is within the team supporting customer experience for d.light India. The team is involved in capitalizing critical and time sensitive business opportunities and mitigating key business and post sales challenges on a regular basis. Primary responsibilities - 1. Accountable for building up stable and sustainable network for Last mile product and service deliverty and managing the field team and multiple areas of operations. 2. Responsible for fulfilment of contractual obligations/overall completion of deliverables. 3. Responsible for delivery to agreed service levels, and defines key performance indicators. 4. Managing and tracking escalation, response and resolution times for reported problems on the basis of criticality. 5. Customizing solutions as per the customers- need and work as a technical bridge between various functions at head office and field team. 6. Data audit & team management. 7. ASC & LMD Management (Data records, Inventory & Claim Management). 8. Responsible for communication of strategy/ initiatives/high level performance metrics. 9. Creating frameworks for speedy resolution of end users- issues to facilitate quick resolution and minimize escalation. 10. Daily interaction with and executing the delivery through the LMD and ASC Network, alongwith properly utilization of floater executive team to ensure the 100% SLA achievement. State Delivery Managers, as well as providing the feedback to the Central/HO Team. 11. Accountable for day-to-day reporting processes. 12. Willing to travel extensively in the dedicated geography/region. 13. Analyzing the periodic and task-wise performance of the Team. 14. Help in stock planning for sales and service pare parts and managing the buffer inventory. Qualifications, Experience & Skills 1. 3 to 8 years of experience in after Sales Services of Home Appliances, Water Purifier or DTH industry. 2. Preferably a degree of BE or Diploma in (Electrical/ Electronics). Graduation in any discipline if he/she possesses an experience of more than 2 years in a similar capacity. 3. Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and Power Point. 4. Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and internal/external communication 5. External communication skill to handle client HO and regional teams 6. Should be excellent at supervision, handling client reviews and creating & implementing service improvement plans 7. Should possess the ability to perform under pressure while simultaneously meeting all goals and deadlines 8. Passion for a social cause 9. Extensive Travel in the designated geography is required for this role.
